Nitro Mango Pineapple Margarita

Ingredients:
- 2 oz tequila (blanco or silver)
- 1 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Lime wheel (for garnish)

Instructions:
