Do not inhale. It is illegal to misuse nitrous oxide. Nitrous oxide can cause serious harm to your health. Nitrous oxide is for food and beverage preparation only. Infüzd does not condone the illegal use of nitrous oxide.

This website is operated by Infüzd ("we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms. We may update them at any time by posting a new version on this page; continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
Age requirement. You must be 21 or older to use this website. If you are under 21, you may not use it for any reason.
Information you provide. Information you submit through this site, including the wholesale inquiry form, must be accurate and current. We may decline or end any business relationship if it is not.
Content. Text, images, logos and trademarks on this site belong to Infüzd or the parties that licensed them to us, and may not be copied or republished without our written permission. Product information is provided "as is" and may change without notice. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the site or its content.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the product or service the claim relates to.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
Privacy notice
We do not sell any personal information.
What we collect. When you submit a wholesale inquiry we collect the details you enter: business name, website, business type, state, what you run, typical covers or event size, number of locations or events, estimated volume, products of interest, your name, role, email, phone and message. We use them only to respond to your inquiry and manage a wholesale relationship with you.
Who processes it. Inquiries are delivered to us through our email and customer-relationship service providers, which process them on our behalf. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
Age confirmation. When you confirm you are 21 or older, your browser stores that choice locally so you are not asked on every page. It is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Your choices and rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [ADD CONTACT EMAIL]. California residents may exercise their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act the same way.
Children. This site is not intended for anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
