Nitro Mango Pineapple Margarita

A refreshing spin on the classic margarita.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz tequila, blanco or silver
  • 1 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup, to taste
  • Lime wheel & mint sprig, to garnish
  • Infüzd Mango Pineapple system
Method
  1. Chill a cocktail glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Shake tequila, triple sec, lime and syrup with ice until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a clean container, leaving every ice chip behind.
  4. Pour into the canister on the Mango Pineapple cylinder. Infuse 5 seconds, rest 10 before opening.
  5. Pour back into a shaker, swirl gently, garnish and serve immediately.
Vodka · Watermelon Mint · Cocktail line

Watermelon Mint Cascade

Fruity and minty, with a cascade of fine bubbles in the glass. Perfect for a backyard BBQ.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz premium vodka
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 4–5 fresh mint leaves
  • Infüzd Watermelon Mint system
Method
  1. Chill the glass. Gently muddle the mint in a mixing glass.
  2. Add vodka, lime, elderflower and syrup. Shake with ice 15–20 seconds.
  3. Strain, leaving ice and mint behind.
  4. Pour into the canister on the Watermelon Mint cylinder. Infuse 5 seconds, rest 10 before opening.
  5. Pour into a shaker, swirl gently, let it settle a few seconds, and garnish with mint or a lime wheel.
